"Where the Art and Elegance of Taking Tea is Treasured"

             "Treat Your Tastebuds at Harrods"

No where else on earth is Afternoon Tea relished as it is in England. And visitors from around the world to the famous Harrods Department Store now have two restaurants to enjoy the repast.
The Ladurée Tea Room, Harrods’ latest eatery, is located at street level in the multi-tiered store. Straight from Paris, the Ladurée Tea Room is the epitome of French style. You will be able to enjoy authentic Parisian tea and French delicacies in plush surroundings. A treat for the visual and gustatory senses, Ladurée will serve you intricate pastries such as blackcurrant-violet macarroons dipped in chocolate and embossed with a lilac L, and the Cameo, a praline-filled white chocolate in a classic French mold.
In addition to tea and treats, the Ladurée Tea Room also offers light meals with a glass of vin rouge if you desire slightly more sustenance.

So whether you crave fresh pastries, cookies or sandwiches, a visit to the Ladurée Tea Room to sample a taste of Paris will refresh and revive you for continued shopping adventures at Harrods.
Another dining delight in Harrods is the Georgian Restaurant. This ornate room is the jewel in the famous department store’s crown. The flagship restaurant of Harrods, you will feast in the Georgian Restaurant under the original Art Nouveau skylight gleaming from above. Red velvet draperies warm the room with matching red velvet upholstered chairs lined up to white draped tables.

Since the Edwardian era, a resplendent, quintessential British Afternoon Tea has been served daily by the most attentive of servers.

Brought to your table on three-tiered silver stands are a selection of delicious miniature sandwiches, pastries, tarts, and scones with fruit preserves and clotted cream, all arranged like gemstones in a tiara’s setting.

Afternoon Tea in the Georgian Restaurant at Harrods Department Store in London is an experience you should not miss when visiting Europe’s largest city.
