                        "No Excuse Mousse"

     Trying to lose a few pounds? Who isn’t? Well, now, you have no more excuses. In just a few minutes, you can whip up four servings of a decadent low calorie Chocolate Mousse and indulge to your heart’s content, without any of the guilt.

  

8 oz. fat-free whipped 
    topping
2 tablespoons unsweetened
    cocoa
1 tablespoon flavored
    instant coffee (hazelnut,
    Amaretto, almond or
    vanilla work well)


     Place the whipped topping, cocoa and instant coffee into a large bowl. With an electric mixer on low speed, beat until blended.
    
Spoon into four small serving bowls, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least two hours.
     When serving, you can top this Chocolate Mousse with a small dollop of fat-free whipped topping (this will only add a couple more calories). 


    
Put this decadent (but skinny) treat out on your Afternoon Tea Table along with a pot of Stash’s White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Tea, sit back, and watch the pounds melt away.
