or 5 egg roll skins
3-4 tablespoons butter
or margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar (can substitute
Splenda for even less
calories)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375E.
Cut each won ton skin in half to make 2 rectangles. If using egg roll skins, cut each into quarters, then cut each quarter in half to make 8 small rectangles.
Brush some of the melted butter over the bottom of a rimmed 10" x 15" baking pan. Arrange the won ton skins (or egg roll skins) close together, fitting as many as you can in a single layer. Brush the tops with more of the melted butter.
Combine the sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle evenly over the skins.
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until crisp and golden. Remove the skins from the pan and let cool on racks. Repeat to bake remaining skins, using the remaining melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Makes 40 crisps.
