"Where the Art and Elegance of Taking Tea is Treasured"
If you want to spice up your ordinary oatmeal cookies, add cranberries and drizzle a citrus glaze over them like this recipe will show you how to do. You will love them, your family will love them and your guests will love them, and they’ll love you for them.
Cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray. To prepare the glaze, in a bowl whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice and orange rind. Spoon the mixture into a small plastic bag. Snip a small hole in one corner of the bag and drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies. Yields 55 cookies. These little bite-sized morsels of comfort food will pay a high compliment to any afternoon tea table along with a pot of Stash’s Orange Cranberry tea. They’ll have Santa and all of his reindeer stopping by for a pick-me-up before their long winter's night.
