There’s an old Irish saying that goes, "May your home always be too small to hold all your friends." When you bake up these Garlic Rolls for your Afternoon Tea table, your home will be wall-to-wall with friends and family clamoring for a bite. They’re so simple that you can make up multiple batches to have plenty to go around.

1-1/2 tablespoons chopped
fresh parsley
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pkg. frozen yeast roll dough,
thawed
Preheat oven to 375E. In a bowl, combine butter, parsley and garlic salt.
Cut (18) 1" pieces of dough. Roll each piece into a ball, then dip into the butter mixture.
Using a 6-cup muffin pan, place three balls of dough into each of the 6 muffin cups. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown. Makes 6 rolls.
