                  "The Stanley Cup of Treats"


      When it comes to awards, you will receive "The Stanley Cup" when you serve these Pancetta Cheese Cups to your Afternoon Tea guests. Made with delicate Phyllo cups, they are a snap to make and a real taste treat. 
 

3 boxes (15 each) Phyllo cups
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese,
   
softened
1-1/3 cups cheddar cheese,
    shredded
1-1/3 cups mozzarella cheese,
   
shredded
1-1/3 cups pancetta, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped


     Preheat oven to 350E. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the Phyllo cups on the paper.
    
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and pancetta. Spoon the mixture into the Phyllo cups.
    
Bake 12-15 minutes until the cheese are melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
    
Makes 45 cups.
