"Even Strawberries Dress for Tea"


      Strawberries decked out in their finest attire make a wonderful guest at your Afternoon Tea table. There are a wide variety of coatings that will give your strawberries a whole new personality.

         *    Creamy Sugar Coated:    Dip strawberries in sour cream, 
               then partially dip in brown sugar. 

         *    Choco-Nutty:    Dip strawberries in melted milk chocolate, 
               then cover with chopped salted cashews or mixed nuts. 

         *    Tuxedo Berry:    Dip the bottom half of strawberries in
               melted white chocolate, then dip each side at an angle in 
               melted dark chocolate.
